~We are not messy we are taking care of our needs – take care of YOUR needs
Need to muck about but don’t want to appear unseemly? Don’t worry about it. Taking care of your needs means not worrying what others think or say as long as you bring no harm to self or others. Be authentic in your actions.
~Love and play where you are
You might not be exactly where you want to be in your location or station in life – make the best of it anyway. You choose your reactions to situations, you have a choice to concentrate on the good or bad. The more good you look at – the more there will be to look at.
~As you eat think of all your food as living. Be grateful. If you’re not eating living food, you’re not doing yourself any favors
They don’t mean to eat a living being, but to consider if the food that enters your body is giving you life or death. There are a lot of non-food items disguised as food. Hold a food in your hand and ask it “will you bring me more life, or closer to death?”. Then listen, it’s really pretty easy to tell. It’s your choice what goes into your body. Be grateful for all food giving you abundant life on this planet.
~Being kind means jobs that don’t force unkindness, blame not the worker being responsible to his family for he is also harmed
This is a lengthy topic made very brief here. Sometimes people have to do a job that sucks because they have responsibilities. Horrendous jobs are not sought after and have lasting effects on people, yet sometimes people feel trapped and must do what they are asked. Have compassion for them.
~Be aware and make choices that don’t create a need for torture
This is the easiest way to promote people to better jobs – you vote every time you buy/eat/take part in something. Consider the effects of your vote and vote compassionately.
